Returns Policy – SEBEN KOCIBEY LLC

 

This Returns and Repairs Policy (“Policy”) applies to all transactions conducted through SEBEN KOCIBEY LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). By purchasing any product from SEBEN KOCIBEY, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “Purchaser”) acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms herein.

 


 

 

1. Nature of Goods – Intimate & Made-to-Order

All SEBEN KOCIBEY garments are custom-produced upon order, made-to-order to the Client’s specifications. Each piece constitutes intimate apparel under prevailing health and safety regulations. As such, and pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws governing intimate wear and hygiene-sensitive products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any condition, except as expressly provided for in Section 2 of this Policy.

 


 

 

2. Exception – Damaged During Shipment

In the rare event that a product arrives physically damaged during transit, SEBEN KOCIBEY will initiate a conditional return review under the following strict criteria:

 

  1. Client must notify SEBEN KOCIBEY in writing via email to info@sebenkocibey.com with the subject line “Return Request” within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

  2. Email must include:

     

    • A clear photograph of the damaged product inside its original packaging

    • A close-up of the visible damage

    • A statement confirming the item has not been worn, washed, altered, or tailored in any way

    • Confirmation that tags and hygiene liner remain fully intact and unremoved

     

  3. Upon receiving the complete return request, SEBEN KOCIBEY will review and—if approved—issue a FedEx Return Authorization Number and designated return shipping label.

  4. Only returns shipped via FedEx with the issued Return Authorization Number will be accepted.

 

 


 

 

3. Refunds Upon Accepted Return

Once the damaged item is physically received by SEBEN KOCIBEY and passes internal inspection for eligibility (as defined above), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business daysfrom date of receipt to appear on your account. An email confirmation will be provided upon processing.

 


 

 

4. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted under any of the following circumstances:

 

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Size dissatisfaction or incorrect fit

  • Perceived wearability or aesthetic expectations

  • Damage occurring after receipt, including due to improper storage, laundering, or third-party alterations

  • Natural wear and tear, including but not limited to bead loss, fabric aging, sun or chlorine exposure

  • Tampering with security tags or hygiene liners

 


Each piece is final sale and non-refundable unless proven to have arrived damaged during shipment and properly reported under Section 2.

 


 

 

5. Complimentary Repairs – 3-Year Concierge Maintenance

SEBEN KOCIBEY offers a 3-year complimentary repair and maintenance service for all original purchasers. This service includes:

 

  • Minor bead replacements

  • Strap tightening or adjustment

  • Stitching reinforcement

 


To use this service, Client must:

 

  • Contact concierge@sabankocibey.com

  • Ship the item to SEBEN KOCIBEY via prepaid FedEx (tracking required)

  • Cover all shipping costs to and from our atelier

 


SEBEN KOCIBEY will cover labor and material costs for approved repair requests. Service does not cover total reconstruction or irreparable damage.

 


 

 

6. Legal Jurisdiction & Enforcement

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or related to this Policy or purchases from SEBEN KOCIBEY shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New York County, New York.


By placing an order with SEBEN KOCIBEY, you acknowledge that:

 

  • You have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this Policy in its entirety

  • You waive any right to dispute charges outside of these outlined terms

  • You agree to resolve any concerns directly with SEBEN KOCIBEY through the designated procedures

 

 


 

SEBEN KOCIBEY LLC reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version shall always be available at sebenkocibey.com/policies.
